The Heat

"I was anxious about trying hot yoga  because I have a tendency to sweat a lot and didn’t think I could manage the heat.  I spoke with Angela before class and she suggested that I give my body time to adjust.  She suggested that I take it easy in the class so I could get used to the heat and if I needed to,  I could  go to child’s pose or lay on the mat.  There was no pressure and I felt so much better with the encouragement. 

I loved it right off the bat.  I found that I was so focused on the moves that I wasn’t worried about the heat. 

The class is amazing and I feel so great afterwards!"
