Breathwork Journey
Gather with spiritually-curious friends for an experience of deep relaxation, release and healing through Breathwork.
This Breathwork Journey, lovingly led by Charmaine Lee, is an opportunity to go on a profound exploration of your inner world and connect with your higher intuition. Through a powerful breathing technique called Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB), you'll unlock new levels of consciousness, release stored tensions, and embrace a state of unparalleled clarity, peace and relaxation.

Prepare to be guided by Charmaine on a journey that will elevate your spirit, nourish your soul, and deepen your love and connection to your authentic self.
This session is designed to impact you on several levels:

Physically: Release patterns of tension and infuse the body with oxygen and energy

Emotionally: Release emotional blockages and foster emotional resilience.

Mentally: Clear the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and access calm and inner peace.
We will begin with some breathing exercises to ground and relax ourselves followed by an immersive Breathwork journey, supported by the rhythms of a moving soundtrack. Your journey ends with time for deep rest and peaceful stillness. Once we emerge, we will then have time for a sharing circle and to sit in community as we integrate the experience.
This journey is done lying down on a yoga mat. We suggest bringing a warm blanket, and a few pillows to support you in truly relaxing.
