ABOUT HOT YOGA
-
Infrared heat warms your body, like the sun.
-
Air exchange keeps air fresh along with a true HEPA 3 stage air filter that filters out 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.1 micron, like pollen, dust, and viruses. This is the reccomended requirement for Covid.
-
Hot yoga helps heat your muscles for a safe approach into the postures.
-
Sweat helps to detox your body by flushing toxins out through your skin.
-
Practicing in a hot room elevates your heart rate and increases your work out. It increases your mental focus and concentration while providing whole body relaxation.
-
Like all yoga, hot yoga increase muscle tone, builds strength, and improves flexibility. Practicing yoga fosters your overall well-being: physically, mentally and emotionally.
NEW STUDENTS

COME to class well hydrated.
-
ARRIVE early to settle peacefully onto your mat; ready your body & mind for practice.
-
ALWAYS advise your teacher before class of injuries so modifications can be offered.

BRING water, a mat and a towel for your mat - it gets sweaty! (mat & towel for first class available to borrow if needed)

WEAR comfortable clothes for YOU- think of a hot summer's day. Close fitting athletic sports wear is generally most comfortable. Cotton becomes heavy with sweat.
