We are excited to welcome you back to Yoga in the Park!
These outdoor yoga classes are infused with challenging & relaxing postures to leave you feeling revitalized & open

BISSELL PARK (near the KIPP pizza oven)
Mondays at 6pm ~ Absolute Plus
Saturdays at 8:30am ~ Fit Flow
Pay what you wish (cash on site or etransfer gratefully accepted)

We practice on the grass, so like life: its bumpy, uneven and can be challenging, but it's also fun!

Being surrounded by nature while you practice can be an incredible, freeing experience.
