Rooms will be sold on first come/first serve basis with whole room bookings given preference over holding an open space/half room for single bookings. Single bookings in shared rooms will be paired up.

Flights cost and booking are the responsibility of each individual attending.

A signed waiver must be completed. This includes you agreeing to purchase travel insurance.

You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation within 2 days - then deposit will be due. Please await confirmation email and details from the travel agency before sending any money.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking and we find someone to take your place, you will receive a refund minus your deposit. If you cancel your booking and you find someone to take your place, you will receive a refund minus a $300 administration fee. If you cancel your booking and no replacement is found, no refund, transfer or future travel credits will be offered. Alternatively, you can seek 3rd party cancellation insurance in the event of an emergency. There are no partial refunds if you need to arrive late or leave early.
Payment Schedule:

$500 deposit due upon confirmation of booking. Deposit is non-refundable for any reason. (see above for cancellation details)
